How to Run a Week 11 Pick’em Pool
Most pools take five minutes to set up. Agree on the format first, then the deadline, then the tiebreaker. Write all three at the top of the master copy so there is no argument on Monday night.

This is the third week running with a different game count. Week 9 had 15, Week 10 had 14 and Week 11 has 13, so confidence pools now rank 13 down to 1. Three ranges in three weeks is exactly how a scoring dispute starts, and the fix is one line at the top of the master copy before anybody fills a sheet in. Sunday Night in Mexico City
The Vikings and 49ers play at the Estadio Banorte, which most people still know as the Estadio Azteca. It took the new name in 2025 under a naming rights deal ahead of the World Cup. San Francisco is the designated home team, and unlike every other international game this season, this one is in prime time on a free channel rather than early on a Sunday morning.

Two things make it awkward to pick. The first is the ground: the stadium sits at roughly 7,200 feet, comfortably above Denver, and it is the highest either team will play all year. Neither side is acclimatised, so it is not an advantage so much as a leveller. The second is that the home label belongs to a team playing 2,000 miles from home in front of a neutral crowd.
The practical upside is that nobody has to get up early for this one. Every previous international game in 2026 kicked off at 9:30 a.m. ET. This is the normal Sunday night slot, on NBC, at 7:20 p.m. local.
Week 11 Games That Decide Most Pools

- Steelers at Eagles, Sunday 4:25 p.m. A cross conference meeting between two teams that meet once every four years, so there is no recent form to lean on. Pennsylvania rivalry games draw stronger opinions than the records justify.
- Bengals at Commanders, Monday 8:15 p.m. The last game of the week, so it is the tiebreaker in most pools and carries double weight. On ESPN alone with no ABC simulcast.
One practical tip on the shape of the card. Seven games kick off at one o’clock and only one sits in the 4:05 window, so the afternoon empties out quickly. On a 13 game sheet more than half your picks are settled by four o’clock, which makes the two prime time games unusually decisive for anybody chasing the leader.
