The NFL Week 8 Pick’em Sheet 2026 has 14 games and one wrinkle no other week has. Clocks go back an hour early on Sunday morning, November 1, so the Thursday game is played on daylight time and everything after it is played on standard time. Week 8 runs from Thursday, October 29 through Monday, November 2.
Four teams are on bye, so the card stays at 14. Print it, mark your picks, and settle up on Tuesday morning.

The printable version is letter size, so it comes straight out of a home or office printer with no scaling. The same file is fillable, so anyone who would rather not print can tick their picks on a laptop or phone and send it back to the pool host.
- Print one copy per player and write the player name at the top
- Set page scaling to 100 percent or Actual Size so the grid lines stay square
- All four bye teams are named on the sheet, so nobody hunts for a missing game
- The clock change is printed on the sheet, so nobody turns up an hour late on Sunday
- Collect every sheet before Thursday night so nobody picks late

Running the pool every week? The Week 9 Pick’em Sheet is ready as soon as this one is scored, and it opens with the NFL game in Madrid.
How to Run a Week 8 Pick’em Pool Around the Clock Change
Most pools take five minutes to set up. Agree on the format first, then the deadline, then the tiebreaker. Write all three at the top of the master copy so there is no argument on Monday night.
| FORMAT | HOW IT SCORES | BEST FOR |
|---|---|---|
| Straight up | 1 point per correct winner, 14 points possible this week | First timers and mixed skill groups |
| Percentage correct | Score out of 14, so short weeks and full weeks compare fairly | Pools with late joiners or missed weeks |
| Confidence points | Rank 14 down to 1 this week, same as Weeks 6 and 7 | Season long office pools |
| Survivor | Four more teams off the board, and only one game falls outside Sunday afternoon | Large groups that want a long chase |
Week 8 needs one extra line on the master copy. Daylight saving time ends at 2:00 a.m. local on Sunday, November 1, so a Thursday deadline and a Sunday deadline sit on different clocks. Phones and laptops move themselves. Oven clocks, car dashboards and wall clocks do not, and a player who trusts one of those on Sunday morning arrives an hour late for a lock that has already passed.
| DAY | EASTERN | CENTRAL | MOUNTAIN | PACIFIC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Thursday, October 29 | 8:15 p.m. EDT | 7:15 p.m. CDT | 6:15 p.m. MDT | 5:15 p.m. PDT |
| Sunday, November 1 | 1:00 p.m. EST | 12:00 p.m. CST | 11:00 a.m. MST | 10:00 a.m. PST |
| Monday, November 2 | 8:15 p.m. EST | 7:15 p.m. CST | 6:15 p.m. MST | 5:15 p.m. PST |
The table shows the same three kickoffs in every zone. Eastern times on the sheet never move, so a 1:00 p.m. ET Sunday start is still 10:00 a.m. on the West Coast. What changes is the label: Thursday is on daylight time, Sunday and Monday are on standard time. For the tiebreaker, ask every player to write the total combined points in Bears at Seahawks on Monday night. Closest number wins. Keep the full 2026 NFL schedule printable beside your master copy so you can see every remaining bye before you plan around it.
Week 8 Games That Decide Most Pools
Two division games in the late windows and a Monday finish in Seattle. These four are where the week is usually won or lost.
- Chiefs at Broncos, Sunday 4:25 p.m. An AFC West game a mile above sea level in the late window. Denver has the thin air and the crowd, Kansas City has the recent history, and division records rarely follow the standings. This is the pick most pools split on.
- Eagles at Commanders, Sunday 8:20 p.m. The only Sunday night game and an NFC East meeting in Washington. Prime time draws heavy pick agreement, which makes it cheap when everyone is right and expensive when they are not.
- Ravens at Bills, Sunday 1:00 p.m. Two AFC contenders in the first window, in Buffalo, in November. It is the strongest matchup of the early block and the one most likely to swing a confidence pool where players rank it high.
- Bears at Seahawks, Monday 8:15 p.m. The last game of the week, so it is the tiebreaker in most pools and carries double weight. Seattle is one of the loudest road trips in the league, and this year it is on ESPN alone with no ABC simulcast.
One practical tip. Only one game this week falls outside the Sunday afternoon block and the two prime time slots, which means almost the whole card settles in a single afternoon. If your pool locks game by game rather than at the Thursday kickoff, tell players early: on Sunday, November 1 the first lock lands at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on a clock that moved overnight.
NFL Week 8 Pick’em Sheet 2026 FAQ
How many games do I pick in NFL Week 8 2026?
Fourteen. Four teams are on bye, so only 28 teams play. The slate is one Thursday game, 12 games on Sunday and one on Monday night.
Which teams are on bye in Week 8 2026?
The Houston Texans, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers. All four are named on the printable sheet so nobody wastes time looking for a missing game.
Does the clock change affect Week 8 kickoff times?
Yes. Daylight saving time ends at 2:00 a.m. local on Sunday, November 1, so clocks go back one hour overnight. The Thursday game is played on daylight time and every Sunday and Monday game is played on standard time. Kickoff times in Eastern do not move, but the Sunday games arrive an hour later against the sun and phones that update overnight will show the new time automatically. Any clock you set by hand needs correcting.
How do you break a tie in a Week 8 pool?
The standard tiebreaker is total combined points in the last game of the week, which is Bears at Seahawks on Monday, November 2. Each player writes one number before kickoff and the closest guess wins. Some pools use closest without going over instead.
Is the Monday night game on ABC in Week 8?
No. Bears at Seahawks is on ESPN only, with no ABC simulcast. That matters if your group watches together, because it is the one game of the week that needs a cable or streaming subscription along with the Thursday opener.
Can I watch every Week 8 game without cable?
Twelve of the 14 games are on free over the air channels, CBS with six, FOX with five and NBC with one. Two need a subscription: the Thursday game on Prime Video and the Monday night game on ESPN.
Which Week 8 game is hardest to pick?
Chiefs at Broncos. It is an AFC West game at altitude in the late Sunday window, and division records rarely follow the standings. Bears at Seahawks on Monday runs it close because it doubles as the tiebreaker in most pools.
The NFL Week 8 Pick’em Sheet 2026 covers a Thursday opener in Green Bay, a nine game Sunday afternoon, an NFC East night game in Washington and a Monday finish in Seattle. One page, fourteen picks, no app.
Print one copy per player, collect them all before 8:15 p.m. ET on October 29, and make everyone write a tiebreaker number. Say the clock change out loud when you hand the sheets out. It is the single most common reason somebody misses a Week 8 deadline they thought they had covered.
