The printable version is letter size, so it comes straight out of a home or office printer with no scaling. The same file is fillable, so anyone who would rather not print can tick their picks on a laptop or phone and send it back to the pool host.

  • Print one copy per player and write the player name at the top
  • Set page scaling to 100 percent or Actual Size so the grid lines stay square
  • Both bye teams are named on the sheet, so nobody hunts for a missing game
  • The Madrid kickoff is printed with its local time, so early risers know what they are setting an alarm for
  • Collect every sheet before Thursday night so nobody picks late

Running the pool every week? The Week 10 Pick’em Sheet is ready as soon as this one is scored, and its Munich game is on free television.

How to Run a Week 9 Pick’em Pool

Most pools take five minutes to set up. Agree on the format first, then the deadline, then the tiebreaker. Write all three at the top of the master copy so there is no argument on Monday night.

FORMATHOW IT SCORESBEST FOR
Straight up1 point per correct winner, 15 points possible this weekFirst timers and mixed skill groups
Percentage correctScore out of 15, so a 15 game week compares fairly with a 14 game onePools with late joiners or missed weeks
Confidence pointsRank 15 down to 1 this week, not 14 as in Weeks 6, 7 and 8Season long office pools
SurvivorOnly two teams off the board, so the pool of safe picks widens againLarge groups that want a long chase

One correction to make before you hand the sheets out. The card is back to 15 games after three straight 14 game weeks, so confidence pools need the range reset. Everyone must rank 15 down to 1. If half the group uses last week’s range the weekly totals will not compare and somebody will be scored short. For the tiebreaker, ask every player to write the total combined points in Bills at Vikings on Monday night. Closest number wins. Keep the full 2026 NFL schedule printable beside your master copy so you can see every remaining bye before you plan around it.

The Madrid Game and What It Does to Your Sheet

Bengals at Falcons is the second NFL regular season game played in Spain, at the Santiago Bernabéu, with Atlanta as the designated home team. It kicks off at 9:30 a.m. ET, hours before anything else on the card, and it is carried on NFL Network rather than a free channel.

ZONEKICKOFF
Madrid local3:30 p.m. CET
Eastern9:30 a.m. EST
Central8:30 a.m. CST
Mountain7:30 a.m. MST
Pacific6:30 a.m. PST

The local time is worth saying out loud, because it is not the figure most pools expect. London games at 9:30 a.m. ET start at 2:30 p.m. local. Madrid starts at 3:30 p.m., because Spain runs an hour ahead of the United Kingdom. Both Europe and the United States have left daylight saving by November 8, so the gap sits at a clean six hours.

For a pool that locks game by game rather than at the Thursday kickoff, this is the pick that settles first, and on the West Coast it settles at 6:30 in the morning. Say so when you hand the sheets out. The other practical note is neutral ground: Atlanta holds a home label in a stadium neither side has played in, and both teams fly the Atlantic for it, so the usual home field reasoning does not apply.

Week 9 Games That Decide Most Pools

A crowded Sunday afternoon, two late windows and a Monday finish in Minneapolis. These four are where the week is usually won or lost.

  • Bengals at Falcons, Sunday 9:30 a.m. The Madrid game at the Bernabéu, on neutral ground, with Atlanta as the designated home team. No home crowd, no travel advantage either way, and it settles before most of the country is watching. Pools split on this one more than the odds suggest they should.
  • Jets at Chiefs, Sunday 1:00 p.m. The pick almost everybody makes the same way, which is exactly what makes it dangerous. A game where the whole pool agrees is worth nothing when it lands and costs the leader nothing when it does not.
  • Buccaneers at Bears, Sunday 8:20 p.m. The only Sunday night game, at Soldier Field in November. Prime time draws heavy pick agreement and the weather in Chicago starts to matter around now.
  • Bills at Vikings, Monday 8:15 p.m. The last game of the week, so it is the tiebreaker in most pools and carries double weight. Indoors in Minneapolis, on ESPN alone with no ABC simulcast this week.

One practical tip. The 4:05 window has two games this week and both are on CBS, while both 4:25 games are on FOX. That is a clean split, so a group watching together can follow the whole late afternoon on two channels without hunting for a third. Only the Thursday opener, the Madrid game and Monday night sit behind a subscription.

NFL Week 9 Pick’em Sheet 2026 FAQ

How many games do I pick in NFL Week 9 2026?

Fifteen. Only two teams are on bye, so 30 teams play. The slate is one Thursday game, 13 games on Sunday and one on Monday night. That is one more pick than each of the previous three weeks.

Which teams are on bye in Week 9 2026?

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans. Both are named on the printable sheet so nobody wastes time looking for a missing game.

Where is the NFL Madrid game played?

Bengals at Falcons is played at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid at 9:30 a.m. ET, which is 3:30 p.m. local time. Atlanta is the designated home team and the game is carried on NFL Network. It is the second NFL regular season game staged in Spain, after the 2025 game at the same stadium.

Why is the Madrid kickoff 3:30 p.m. local and not 2:30 p.m.?

Spain runs one hour ahead of the United Kingdom, so a Madrid game starts an hour later in local time than a London game at the same ET kickoff. By November 8 both Europe and the United States have left daylight saving, which puts Madrid six hours ahead of Eastern.

How do you break a tie in a Week 9 pool?

The standard tiebreaker is total combined points in the last game of the week, which is Bills at Vikings on Monday, November 9. Each player writes one number before kickoff and the closest guess wins. Some pools use closest without going over instead.

Is the Monday night game on ABC in Week 9?

No. Bills at Vikings is on ESPN only, with no ABC simulcast. It is one of two games this week that need a subscription, the other being the Thursday opener on Prime Video, alongside the Madrid game on NFL Network.

Can I watch every Week 9 game without cable?

Twelve of the 15 games are on free over the air channels, FOX with six, CBS with five and NBC with one. Three need a subscription: Prime Video on Thursday, NFL Network for Madrid and ESPN on Monday night.

Which Week 9 game is hardest to pick?

Bengals at Falcons in Madrid. Both teams cross the Atlantic, the crowd is neutral, Atlanta carries a home label it will not feel, and a 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff rarely follows form. Jets at Chiefs runs it close for the opposite reason, because heavy agreement on one side makes it expensive when it goes wrong.

The NFL Week 9 Pick’em Sheet 2026 covers a Thursday opener in Baltimore, a kickoff at the Bernabéu before breakfast on the West Coast, seven games at one o’clock, a night game at Soldier Field and a Monday finish in Minneapolis. One page, fifteen picks, no app.

Print one copy per player, collect them all before 8:15 p.m. ET on November 5, and make everyone write a tiebreaker number. Remind confidence pools that the range is 15 this week, not 14. That single line prevents the most common scoring dispute of the season.

Every matchup, kickoff time and TV channel on this sheet is checked against the official NFL Week 9 schedule.
