The front office reshaped the roster around speed. Indianapolis traded Michael Pittman Jr. to Pittsburgh and linebacker Zaire Franklin to Green Bay, re-signed Alec Pierce, and added cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt, edge rusher Arden Key and receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
There was no first round pick in April: the 2026 and 2027 first rounders plus receiver Adonai Mitchell went to the New York Jets in the November 2025 trade for Sauce Gardner. Georgia linebacker CJ Allen at pick 53 headlined an eight pick class.
Training camp runs July 29 through August 20 at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, the eighth and final summer at that site, with 13 practices open to the public.

The Week 4 game against Washington is played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Washington is the designated home team, so it counts as a Colts road game and Lucas Oil Stadium still gets its full eight dates. Every other Week 16 slot is already taken, so the Bengals game lands on Saturday, December 26 or Sunday, December 27 and gets confirmed no later than the end of Week 14.
Week 18 is set once Week 17 finishes. Sunday afternoon kickoffs from Week 11 onward can also be moved under the league’s flexible scheduling rules, so late season times are not final until a few weeks out.
