Why Five Pages Instead of One
Put all 128 players on one sheet and each writing line drops to about seven points tall. You cannot fit a surname and a score on that. Four quarter pages roughly double the line height. Use the locator line at the top of each page to find your player, then print that single sheet if you want.
Why Some Slots Say “Qualifier”
That is correct, not a mistake in the file. Qualifying ran from August 24 to 27. Qualifiers and lucky losers get placed in the bracket after the main draw is published. The men’s sheet has a few more blank slots than the women’s, because late withdrawals open up lucky loser places. Write those names in when they are confirmed.
How to Print the US Open Draw 2026 PDF
Best Paper Size and Orientation
Print landscape. Portrait shrinks the names past reading size. Set scaling to 100 percent on US Letter, or Fit to Page on A4. There is no separate A4 file, because the same sheet handles both.
Print All Five Pages or Just One Quarter
Print all five for the full bracket. If you only follow one player, print their quarter. Page 5 also works on its own as a semifinals, finals and seed reference card.
Print in Black and White to Save Ink
Choose grayscale. The seed numbers, match numbers and round headers all stay clear, and you save colour ink across a fifteen-day tournament.
Laminate It for a Reusable Wall Bracket
Laminate the sheets or slide them into clear pockets, then use a dry-erase marker between rounds. Tape the four quarter pages in a row and put page 5 at the end.
The Withdrawal That Reshaped the Men’s Draw
World number one Jannik Sinner withdrew on August 21 with a right knee injury. It is his first missed major since 2019. Every man in the field moved up one seeding place.
That puts Alexander Zverev on top of the bracket. He is world number two and won Roland Garros this year. Carlos Alcaraz defends his title from the number two spot after four months out with a right wrist injury from the Barcelona Open in April. He played no singles warm-up event first.

Alcaraz and Djokovic landed in the same half, so they can only meet in the semifinals. Rybakina and Swiatek share a quarter, which sets up a possible last-eight meeting.
First-Round Matches Worth Circling
- Venus Williams vs Sofia Kenin. Two wildcards. Williams is playing at 46.
- Stan Wawrinka vs Matteo Berrettini. A former champion against a former Wimbledon finalist.
- Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Arthur Fils (10). The hardest opener any seed drew.
- Marin Cilic vs Andrey Rublev (23). The 2014 champion against a top-25 seed.
- Daria Kasatkina vs Paula Badosa. A top-30 pairing in round one.
